We look forward to welcoming Year 11 pupils and their parents to Examination Preparation Evening on Tuesday 7 February at  7.00pm.  The evening is full of invaluable advice and information to help pupils prepare for their forthcoming exams.

Assembly procedure

  1. When the fire bell rings pupils and staff should vacate the classroom immediately and exit by the nearest door and proceed to their assembly points.
  2. The Office Staff will bring out the pupil attendance registers to the playgrounds.
  3. Year Co-ordinators should collect their registers and check on attendance.
    Also available:
    • Register of late pupils (post 8.30am arrivals)
    • School Bulletin, giving details of pupils on visits
    • Pupils’ signing out book
  4. Year Co-ordinators should check their absentees against these lists to be satisfied that they are aware of the whereabouts of all pupils.
  5. Support Staff/Others will report to AJK at the specified assembly point.
