The Nursery hours are from 8.00am-6.00pm. We are not registered or insured outside of these hours.
Late Collection: The Nursery acknowledges that occasional late collection cannot be avoided. However persistent lateness will not be tolerated. It is unfair to the staff and more importantly it can be upsetting to a child. All late collections are recorded and action taken accordingly.
Early Arrival In the event of arrival prior to 8.00am parents/carers may be admitted under certain
circumstances however it must be clearly understood that they must remain with their child, and take responsibility for them until 8.00am.
Upon arrival older children are encouraged to take off their coats, hang them up and change themselves into their indoor shoes. We would request that parents/carers support their child in this by allowing time and so setting a calm tone for the day.
The Nursery will only release children to persons named by parents/carers on the registration form or as instructed by parents/carers in case of emergencies or change. Checks will be made, passwords used, etc. Please do not take offence or be embarrassed if questions are asked or phone checks made. The Nursery takes every precaution where your children’s safety is concerned.
With this in mind we request that parents/carers take great care when entering/leaving the building and do not ‘hold’ the door open for other visitors.
