The staff within the Nursery are all either fully qualified (level 3 or above) or level 2’s working towards level 3 qualifications.
All staff (including cook/housekeeper) are CRB checked and a minimum of two references are always sought.
Most staff hold current First Aid qualifications and attend various carer development training as and when appropriate or required.
We operate a key worker system within our team structure. This means that all children and their families will have a ‘special’ person allocated to them. The key worker will help to settle your child when they arrive and will be the main link between the Nursery and home.
Parents/carers are welcome to phone during the day if they have any questions or concerns regarding their child or if they just want to know how they are.
