The Staff of this Nursery believe that
- all children deserve our best efforts at all times
- the parents/main carers of our children, as their first and continuing carers and educators, are our partners
- best progress will be made when children can see parents and staff working happily in partnership
We therefore aim to
- provide a warm, secure and caring environment for all our children
- recognise that all our children are individuals with their own different needs
- welcome parents as partners in meeting these needs in the most effective way
- provide a stimulating learning process for all our children
- assist parents to continue this process at home
- celebrate the successes of all the children, parents and staff
- invite and welcome constructive criticism, help, advice and suggestions
- continue to look for more effective ways to improve our service to families.
