School breaks up for half term at 2.30pm on Friday 24 May and reopens at 8.15am on Monday 3 June.

On Friday pupils may, for a £1 donation towards our minibus fund, wear their own (school appropriate) clothes.

After a round of competitive bidding, I am pleased to announce that we have been successful in becoming the lead school in the following partnerships:

• Network for excellence in geography
• Network for excellence in history
• Partnership for outstanding practice in careers and enterprise in the community

It is a credit to our school that we were awarded the funding (a total of £35k) for all the areas in which we made a bid.  It reflects the hard work of a variety of staff but principally Mr Shakeri, Ms Yuill and Ms Stallybrass.
