The Archbishop Lanfranc School

Friday 13 May saw the School running its annual Enterprise Day for Year 9. Led by Usha Nair and her team of industry experts from Aspiring 4Excellence, Year 9 did a mini ‘Apprentice day’ revolving around building a new Theme Park.

Working in teams, pupils designed their rides, financially costed them, purchased the materials and built them. To conclude all teams presented their ideas to the rest of the class.

Enterprise Day was an enjoyable event for pupils and staff involved and provided a glimpse into the workings of business.
